Bureaux de change and ATMs are situated on departures level 2 and arrivals level 1 of Terminal 1 International. You will find postal and fax facilities provided by Australia Post, positioned in the centre of departures level 2 and the airport bar also offers Internet and email services.
Sydney Airport Flight information is available up to 72 hours in advance by selecting an aircraft movement from the menu. You can also now receive live flight information via SMS. Simply text the flight number (eg QF44 or Qantas44) to 199 00747. Within a few seconds, you'll receive back the current flight time and related status information. A medical centre is available in Terminal 1 International on level 3, open 08:00-18:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-16:00 Saturday-Sunday. A pharmacy is also on hand. Further facilities include child activity centres and Kid's Cinemas in the One World and Star Alliance gate lounges.

Amenities for those with disabilities include showers, toilets, ramps and lowered telephones. Wheelchairs are provided by the Tourism New South Wales desk on Arrivals level 1 of Terminal 1 International.
You’ll also find an International help desk located on Terminal 1 amd that it’s situated beside the glass lifts in the centre of the departures on level 2.

Getting to Sydney Airport

Trains operate every ten minutes at peak times and every 15 minutes at weekends and off-peak times, 05:00-24:00 Monday-Friday, and 05:00-01:00 Friday-Sunday.
Buses also serve the airport, the bus area is located outside the International Terminal 1 Arrivals hall, next to the airport's outdoor Piazza. At the domestic terminals, waiting areas are located outside the Express Terminal and opposite Terminal 2 Domestic and Terminal 3 Qantas.

Green and Gold Airport Express buses provide fixed route services between the airport terminals, central Sydney and Kings Cross, 5:00-23:00. Route 300 transports passengers to central Sydney and Central Station. Route 350 serves Central Station, Kings Cross, Potts Point and Elizabeth Bay. Tickets are bought from the driver. There are also buses direct to Bondi Junction, via Cogee, East of the city centre.
A taxi rank is positioned outside the mid-point of the Arrivals hall in International Terminal 1. Maxi-taxis and wagons, as well as normal taxis, offer baby capsules and wheelchair access, with trips to downtown taking 30 minutes. Taxi ranks are also situated directly outside each of the domestic terminals.
Another option is the limousine service, which may be booked in advance and is located in front of the International Terminal 1 Arrivals hall.
If you’re already in Sydney, there is plenty Sydney Airport Parking available in one of three car parks are available. The International Terminal 1 Car Park is situated on the Arrivals level of the International Terminal. Domestic multi-storey and long-term carparks are also provided. To access the Long Term Car Park, follow Ross Smith Avenue from General Holmes or Sir Reginald Ansett Drive.
