value for money by finding the best prices for a full range of vehicles, 28 days
ahead.
CentralCarHire.com’s headquarters are in Brisbane, Australia, with offices in America
and France.
CentralCarHire.com’s cars can be booked online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By booking car rental online through CentralCarHire.com ("CENTRAL CAR HIRE") you
("the Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old, with a current and full Australian or international
drivers licence written in English to book car rental on CENTRAL CAR HIRE. Probationary
Licences are not accepted. Most of the prices displayed are for drivers over 25
years old. If you are under 25 years old, at vehicle pick up you may be asked to
pay an age surcharge to complete the rental agreement or have your rental agreement
denied and your booking cancelled. Minimum rental age is 25 years for Hertz.
- Once the reservation is made, amendments and/or cancellations are to be made via
the rental car company with whom the reservation is made. You will need to quote
your reservation/booking number.
- To access the car rental deals available with CENTRAL CAR HIRE you must agree to
the Terms and Conditions of the rental car supplier with whom your booking is made.

- Cancellation penalties do not apply to booking changes and cancellations.
- CENTRAL CAR HIRE sells car rental from inventory supplied by each rental car supplier
and does not oversell that inventory. CENTRAL CAR HIRE does not accept any liability
for unavailability of cars caused by the rental car supplier over-selling it’s own
inventory.
- The Customer will be required to provide a credit card and driver’s license at pick
up.
- CENTRAL CAR HIRE makes its best efforts to ensure that the information available
on its website is accurate. However, CENTRAL CAR HIRE cannot and does not guarantee
that the site is free from errors or faults.
- CENTRAL CAR HIRE does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves
the right to change information published on the site at any time.
- CENTRAL CAR HIRE does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss
arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services
purchased from its website.
- CENTRAL CAR HIRE makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability
of any product or service advertised on its website.
- These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
